MINUTES OF SPECIAL SELECTMEN’S MEETING
NOVEMBER 29, 2006
1. The meeting was called to order by Mark at 7 pm. Tom and Hal were present.
2. On a motion by Mark, 2nd by Hal, ALL voted to move into executive session, pursuant to Title 30A Section 2702 subsection(1)(a) and 1 M.S.R.S. section 405 (6)(A) to discuss Personnel Matters, where it could reasonably be expected that a persons right of privacy could be violated.
3. Motion by Tom 2nd by Hal, All voted to close the executive session at 10:10pm
4. Interviewed 10 applicants for the CEO position. Voted to bring one applicant back for a 2nd interview. Motion by Tom, 2nd by Hal, ALL in favor. This person has all the certifications needed to be a CEO and he is an LPI. The interview will be Monday, Dec. 4th at 7pm in an executive session.
5. Motion to adjourn by Mark, 2nd by Tom, ALL at 11pm.
